Well located, lovely twin room, clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast. Was easy to access Canary Wharf station using bus no. D3 (took about 8 mins) and only 1 stop to The 02. And only short walk to access the bus no. 15 to access going further East or West. Would highly recommend

We had a good overnight stay. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Docklands Museum and there are some great bars and restaurants. Our room could do with a carpet clean but other than that it was all good. The gentleman on front desk was amazing! Great service. I don’t know his name but he was Romanian.

Cheap and not so cheerful

Disappointing and casual on arrival. The common area is tired and desperately needs a refresh. The feel of a boarding school common room extends to the rooms that are functional. The air-con only heats and given it's already starting to get sticky in London this is not good. A fan was provided as a solution so I give credit to the duty manager on reception for his solution-focus. The bathroom feels like a plastic pod has been dropped in as an afterthought. There were what looked like cigarette burn marks on the basin surround and one on the curtains. It did the trick for one night's stay but I won't be back.
