We were warmly greeted by our waitress. We were quickly seated and asked if we would like beverages. We were also asked for any dietary requirements and as one friend wanted wraps, this was sorted quickly. We were well supported by our waitress, who was very attentive to our needs, fun and approachable. When the cream team came, it was lovely and ample for the 4 of us.

Lovely hotel bad location. Staff from hotel attacked during my stay, by a drunk who came in off the street. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Then security should be at the door, at all times. Guests from hotel restrained him until police arrived.

The hotel is in the middle of the centre. We stayed on a Saturday night so had to close the windows, which blocked out the noise really well. Unfortunately it was an extremely warm night. After speaking with staff they brought us a fan. All staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at breakfast was most enjoyable with a good selection of food and drinks available
