Large (1-300)

A versatile, well maintained village hall, which can be hired for private functions. Comprises the Derwenthaugh (main hall, maximum occupancy 200) which has a stage with lighting and sound etc. plus green room; the Crowley (maximum occupancy 60), suitable for smaller meetings/functions; plus kitchen with full facilities. The building has disabled access.

Regularly used for events such as afternoon tea, BBQ, ceilidh/barn dance, summer and Christmas fayres. Also used by various groups during the day e.g. yoga, line dancing, health & fitness activities, folk club and singing group.
