With a 54 capacity and a flexible seating arrangement, the Stagespace was created for companies and performers, both old and new, to showcase and test out new work. A perfect space for those smaller scale, more intimate shows.

The Stagespace is on the second floor of the building with access up three flights of stairs. The backstage area doubles up as the dressing room with access to toilets and use of our green room facilities. All doors are standard size.

The Boiler Room is a fantastic new rehearsal space, recently refurbished and perfectly designed for those who are in the process of rehearsing or developing work. Large and multifaceted, the space is perfectly suited to service a wide variety of needs.

Boasting a large floor space, an in-house PA system, onsite kitchen and toilet facilities and a mezzanine level area ideally suited for a production office it has the ability to function as an all inclusive facility for any company wishing to take it over, either for several weeks or just a day hire.

Please note the following hire periods are applicable to all bookings:
Half Day Hire: 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm
Standard Hire: 10am - 6pm per day
Exclusive Hire: 10am - 10pm per day
Additional hours outside of the hire period are charged at an hourly rate as shown.
