Buckland Village Hall

Buckland Village Hall is managed by the Buckland Old School Trust, which was set up in 1994 to administer the Old School House and the Hall, formerly the Old Schoolroom. The Trustees of the Buckland Old School Trust are representatives from All Saints’ Church and Buckland Parish Council, together with co-opted Trustees. The Rector is Chairman of the Trustees.  The property is a Grade 2 listed building.

In 1999, with a grant from the Heritage Lottery, the Hall was refurbished and extended, to provide a kitchen, toilets and a meeting room, currently used as the office of Buckland Parish Council.

The boundary trees were planted in 1996 to mark the 75th anniversary of the Royal British Legion.  The number of trees planted represents the number of names of the fallen on the Buckland war memorial.

Booking enquiries for the Hall should be made to Paula Graves  Tel 01296 630310
